Literature searches and evidence summaries

Literature searches

The hub conducts literature searches to support collaborative working or projects in North Wales. The searches involve searching a range of sources including databases, the internet, and specific websites, to identify research, examples of good practice, guidelines, or other relevant information.

Recent searches that have been completed include: dementia and emergency care, unpaid carers, domiciliary care, dementia strategies / guidelines, diabetes type 2 interventions, young carers, children in need of care and support, and children’s mental health.

If you would like further information about any of the searches we have completed please contact Rebecca Roylance Rebecca.roylance@denbighshire.gov.uk

Evidence summaries

The evidence summaries were written in response to requests for information on specific topics. They give an overview of research or information on a specific topic, summarising the findings / outcomes.

Disclaimer: The evidence summaries include a selection of relevant reports and evidence, they are not exhaustive lists, and they present the key finding and not recommendations for practice.
