The Regional Partnership Board supports health and care organisations to work together across North Wales. If you want to access the services available to support people with care and support needs and their carers, please contact our partner organisations directly.
Reporting concerns
If you know a child or an adult who is at risk of abuse or is being abused, it’s very important that you let the council or the police know.
If you suspect someone is at immediate risk of harm call 999 and speak to the Police.
If not, telephone Social Services as soon as possible to share your concerns.
