Reporting concerns

If you know a child or an adult who is at risk of abuse or is being abused, it’s very important that you let the council or the police know.

If you suspect someone is at immediate risk of harm call 999 and speak to the Police.

If not, telephone Social Services as soon as possible to share your concerns.

The Regional Partnership Board supports health and care organisations to work together across North Wales. If you want to access the services available to support people with care and support needs and their carers, please contact our partner organisations directly.

• Isle of Anglesey County Council
• Gwynedd Council
• Conwy County Borough Council
• Denbighshire County Council
• Flintshire County Council
• Wrexham County Borough Council
• Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB)
• Public Health Wales

More information about the care and support needs of people in North Wales and the services available is in the North Wales population assessment.

Other services that can help

To find out what services are available to meet the needs identified in the population assessment see the Dewis Cymru website.

The website is designed to help you think about what matters to you and give information about local organisations and services that can help.

Well-being assessments

Each Public Services Board has produced a well-being assessment about the economic, social environmental and cultural well-being of their area. These are available from:

• Anglesey and Gwynedd Public Services Board
• Conwy and Denbighshire Public Services Board
