Care and support in North Wales – tell us what matters

Tell us about your experiences of care and support services in North Wales and how we could make them better.

The online survey is available at https://online1.snapsurveys.com/kdzqex

This survey is always open, there’s no closing date planned.  You can share it with colleagues, service users, members of the public, local businesses, voluntary organisations… in fact share it with anyone and everyone, as we want to hear from all parts of our communities. And you can use the survey whenever you have something to say, even if you’ve shared your thoughts and ideas with us before.

Your feedback might be based on your own experiences of using care and support services or from working in the sector, from something you’ve seen working well elsewhere, or just a spark of inspiration you had about redesigning the whole care system while out walking your dog.

We will use your feedback to help shape our regional work. It will be used as we review our Population Needs Assessment and Regional Plan, and we will pass on comments and ideas to people and organisations who will find them useful.

As well as the link to the survey we also have a QR code which you can use to help us promote the survey and our engagement work.
