Memory Support Pathway

13/09/2022

You asked, and we delivered. In response to requests on arranging meetings and events to showcase what we are delivering within the North Wales Memory Support Pathway together with giving people an opportunity to ask questions.

A number of Eventbrite sessions are to be held during September and October.  An opportunity to meet the providers and learn more about what we do.

Please click the LINK to join the sessions

We have English and Welsh presentations.  The Welsh presentations will be delivered on 21st and 27th September.

Please feel free to share the link with your teams and networks so that they too can book onto the event. (PLEASE NOTE: the sessions are identical, so you only need to book onto one.)

The Zoom link will be sent out 2 days before the session.

If any partners or specific teams would prefer a face to face presentation and discussion, this can be arranged, however, it maybe later in the year due to demand, please contact Luke Pickering-Jones directly on Luke.Pickering-Jones@denbighshire.gov.uk .
